why do conservs and thugs love "posse comititus"? They love to say it. I think they like the way it sounds, sorta KKK and latin-y at the same time. Makes 'em sound edumacated.

Posse' Comitatus does not prevent the American Military from being used in relief efforts FOR the American people. It prevents them from being used in Military attacks AGAINST the American people. The military can be used to supress insurection against the government (not walmart) after Martial Law is declared. They only thing Bush can gain from Posse' Comitatius changes is to give him the ability to kill more Americans. To kill them with a military their tax dollars has provided for. You know as much as the Republicans would love to see it happen. If you strap me into an electric chair. I'm sorry, but I'm not paying the electricity bill ever again. Well maybe when I'm damned tired of living my life straped to an electric chair. But not until then!
