Poll question: Hey, DU! What's Next for America?
Edited on Wed Sep-21-05 07:10 AM by Totally Committed
Looks like even the hugest natural disaster to hit this country cannot still the drums of war. We are still out there killing, threatening, posturing, and bullying. Where's the fun in tending to the thousands and thousands of Americans who need assistance? The real fun it seems, for Rummy, Bolton, Hughes, Rice, and the rest of our "diplomats" is in rushing us further and further toward Armageddon.

Or is it just the old Republican shell Game of creating another disaster to get our minds off the current one, so they can screw us while we're looking the other way?

Just a taste of the mayhem on our horizon from this morning's news:

2. Rita will hit Texas, and be used as a contract festival for Haliburton
Somehow, I have the feeling the contracts are already signed, waiting to be filled in with information when the hurricane hits. The money has probably already changed hands.
