What's the best way to find a Congressperson's recent remarks?

What's the best way to find a Congressperson's recent remarks?
Looking for a particular speech by Rep. Carolyn McCarthy (D-NY) on the House floor last night (9/20). C-SPAN is no help. Neither is the Congressional Record. Any ideas, tips, etc? Many thanks.

1. That's pretty early to be able to find it.

Try your library for the Congressional Record and Thomas online may have it.

Edit: Give it a few days though. (Library reference provider here, fwiw).

I'm looking for her remarks on the House floor, and PVS doesn't seem to list those.
