SOROS IS BACK ...
"The Hill" has an article about Soros and a fundraiser.

http://www.hillnews.com/thehill/export/TheHill/News/Frontpage/092205/mid.html

There was one paragraph that angered me, typical right wing propaganda attempting to put us on the defense, so nothing really new BUT, it angered me. I am tired of them trying shade our supporters as if they are someone we should be ashamed of. Here's the paragraph followed by what I think our response and line of attack might be:

"Earlier this year, Mark Stephens, the executive director of the National Republican Senatorial Committee, attacked those links in a mass mailing to Republican supporters.

“The George Soros/Howard Dean/Michael Moore/MoveOn.org element of the Democratic Party has taken an increasingly prominent role in determining the legislative strategy and political rhetoric of the Democrat leadership in the U.S. Senate and House,” he wrote."

Now OUR version:

The Grover Norquist/Tom Delay/Pat Robertson/American Enterprise Institute/Rev. Sun Young Moon element of the Republican Party has taken an increasingly prominent role in determining the legislative strategy and political rhetoric of the Republican leadership in the U.S. Senate and House."

We need to fight back!

Conservatives (although their borderline Fascists right now) have some God given right to their perverted thinking and anyone who disagrees is evil/unpatriotic/Saddamm loving etc etc.

look at this guys statement :

“I think it is shocking that Democrats would treat him as a mainstream force of Democratic politics,” said Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-Ala.). “He has an agenda that transcends American interests.”

what about the interests of the 1900 military who have died in Iraq or the victims of Katrina ?

I bet its something they would rather not advertise to a big part of their base though. We need to use Moon like they use Michael Moore.

2. Our leaders can never be marginalized as comparison to them.
They have NOTHING on our leaders. That is why they are so hateful. Because they are so envious.

If they could learn to be honest, which I don't think they can, they could possibly show some signs of hope.

But the people you mentioned have never shown anything but a thirst for power, and abusing it.

8. The paragraph you chose is indicative of their methods, yes...

but, also of their desperation:

“The George Soros/Howard Dean/Michael Moore/MoveOn.org element of the Democratic Party has taken an increasingly prominent role in determining the legislative strategy and political rhetoric of the Democrat leadership in the U.S. Senate and House,” he wrote."

They should be so lucky to have the likes of George Soros, Michael Moore, and MoveOn.org on their side! And, I think they know it, otherwise, they wouldn't keep attacking them this way. It has been literally years now. Over and over.

If the Republicans had any single one of these people/entities on their side, they'd throw a parade in their honor, and we all know it. Soros would be a valued Bush Ranger, Dean would have Mehlman's job, Michael Moore would be the Governor of Michigan, and MoveOn.org would have supporters who would attack us here and elsewhere, and they would be the feared and dreaded "Movies".

So, I say, support these to the hilt. They represent the thing the Bushies see as most threatening to them, or they wouldn't keep attacking them. And, Bravo, to all three!
