Is there a cure for stupidity? Is it a lifestyle?
So I'm out running a few errands and get behind this Chrysler New Yorker with Kansas plates (this happened in Maryland) with all sorts of 'W' stickers on it. Such stickers are getting pretty rare around here, so seeing this one was sorta jolting.

As I followed this 'person' it occured to me that she was stupid.

She's stupid for having such stickers on her car in this area.

She's stupid for having them on her car, no matter what area.

After the past few weeks, anyone who 'proudly supports this praysident' for any reason must be stupid.

So lemme ask? Is stupidity a lifestyle choice? Is it even a choice of any sort? I say its innate. One is stupid or one is not.

So next time someone gives you that shit about being gay being a lifestyle choice, just give it back to them that it is as much a lifestyle as is stupidity. There is no 'cure' for either.

1. It's more of a disease and it is contagious....

I have several friends who have caught a bad case of the 'stupids' from their husbands. I know this because they tell me things like "My husband says Bush is doing a great job in the War on Terror." and "My husband says that Katrina wasn't Bush's fault."

I would say it was a sexually transmitted disease, but I know several kids who appear to have caught it from their parents.

Of course, I do live in rural SC.....

(edited to correct typo)

6. Nature or nurture? Some may be born stupid, but for many
I still think it's a lifestyle choice. :P

8. There is the inability to learn. Then there is the unwillingness to learn.
Let's not confuse them.
