Source: Gallup / CNN / USA Today
Methodology: Telephone interviews to 818 American adults, conducted from Sept. 16 to Sept. 18, 2005. Margin of error is 4 per cent.

4. It's Gallup, so subtract 4 or 5 percentage points...
and his favorability rating is just barely edging Osama bin Laden's. (And bin Laden is probably beating him in quite a few countries.)

6. agreed, Gallup is skewed towards the GOP
They normally have a higher % of Republican or R-leaning pollees than they do Democrat or Dem Leanings... this is despite the actual numbers being about the same.
