C-SPAN provides LIVE coverage to freeper "Thank The Troops" rally now... |
|
Edited on Sun Sep-25-05 03:07 PM by DarienComp
did they do the same for the massive anti-war activities only the day before? I flipped over to C-SPAN a few times yesterday, and I didn't see anything on it. I also note that there are no wide shots of this rally. Knowing these bullshit pro-war rallies, I doubt there are more than 100 people there.
Did I miss the coverage yesterday? Honestly, I've always thought that C-SPAN was one of the networks to truly give equal time to both sides.
UPDATE: They did cover it. thanks for the responses; I was about to start an angry email.

6. The difference being......... |
|
there were hundreds of thousands of people yesterday, only a few hundred (at best) today. Why give these few "dead-enders" so much coverage? They certainly don't deserve it. :puke:

That truth is in the center of both (almost always exactly 2) extremes. It's more a matter of how they split the middle, however. And that's where media has lost focus.

7. 11:30 till 3:00 on the cable station where I work. |
|
Once the crowd had left to go on the march, it was pretty boring, though. (sorry, I didn't tune in for the pro-Palestine speeches, so don't flame me)

10. Bet they stayed on message though... |

Were there any anti-abortion speeches? Tax-cut speeches? How about anti-gay marriage or prayer in school speeches? Just curious.
When will the left learn?
