Say out loud: "Frist is Toast"
sort of rolls off the tongue. People have known of this for years. Mr. Fristula has been double dealing for many years. I think that his stem cell position did him in. The fundies said buh-bye. Here's an article from 2003, wherein Mr. Bill lies multiple times.

http://www.metropulse.com/dir_zine/dir_2003/1328/t_cover.html

Frist's response to this line of inquiry has been consistent: My stocks are in a blind trust. My HCA stock is out of my direct control. I have no idea how much the stock is worth. I have no idea how much of it I own. Thus, I have no conflict.
What the panel discovered is that Frist's "blind" trust isn't really blind at all, though he hasn't broken any rules.
At year-end 2000, he was given the opportunity to take a look at what specific assets were placed into his blind trust—including the exact size of his HCA holding. Whenever one blind trust is discarded in favor of a newer one, panelists say the blind trust ceases to be blind during the changeover period.

1. I wish this were true.
But the rich and powerful always walk and why should Frist or Delay be different?

2. He'll walk the same way Bush did with Harken Energy...
But this also probably ruins his White House asperations.

Then again, it didn't do that for Bush...

5. Brit Hume...
on Fox News Sunday actually said, "Senator Frist had no idea how much the stock was worth, because it was in a blind trust"......you frickin idiot. I used to laugh at this kind of political prostitution , now it's more like watching vintage porn. Just sad!
We should call these trusts for Neocons what they really are,"The Winkin, Blinkin and Nod Trust"
