I think it bears in mind that people in Mississippi and Alabama also say FEMA was pathetic contributes to teh perception that Michael Brown is responsible.

However, I just answered the question in the simplest way, who of those three, is most responsible. In my view, no contest. Especially since he was trying to smear Blanco and Nagin.

Brown could have redeemed himself, but, no, he had to go out on another limb for George and this misadministrtion.
