I just found a very cool Political Website: www.yourcongress .com
Their's so much good "how to" info there, it would be imposable to list it all, but here's a few:

They have: This Week in Congress, Last Week in Congress, What's New, Current Capitol Craziness...

Which they describe as:

" Every vote from last week's action in the House and Senate, in plain English and our own irreverent style..."

They have a section on how to Lobbie Congress, What to do if you are lobbied, and they even have Job listings for jobs on Capital Hill (a lot of them)!
