The Domino effect
It's been a great day for us. A great start in rooting out the corruption that laces through the upper most levels of our government.

A lot of folks have used the analogy of a collapsing "House of Cards". I think that's the wrong analogy. With a house of cards the entire structure colapses from the removal of one support. It leads one to a false sense of future security thinking that DeLay's fall is going to bring about the downfall of the House of Puke.

It's far more like the domino effect. One falls and then the next and then the next gathering momentum until either all the Dominoes have fallen OR it hits a gap and the movement, and the collapse STOPS.

One domino has been pushed... great! Let's not forget to make sure to line em all up and keep the pressure on. There is still Rove/Plamegate, Frist/Stockgate, hell I could go on for the next 5 minutes just listing them all. From Rove to the Chimp, from the first to the Frist! Republican scandals are becoming like what happens when you put the batteries in the energizer bunny backwards... They just keep coming and coming and coming.

Enjoy the day everyone. First fruits can be sweet indeed. Tomorrow we need to make sure to turn the fire up on all the other scandals, raise the chatter level everywhere we can until we drown out the spin machine. Keep the focus and the pressure up. More dominoes will and must fall, but we need to make sure we don't let some sneak out the side and break the chain of a falling administration.
