4. Two things about this give me hope. |
|
One, this is an experienced prosecutor who knows exactly what he is getting into. He would not have asked for an indictment unless he was pretty sure he could make it stick. The stakes are too high.
Second, he is only going for one count. Again this is the sign of an experienced and confident prosecutor. He is sticking to the count he thinks he can prove and not relying on a shotgun approach of piling on a lot of extraneous indictments.
