Participating by telephone from Lansing, Michigan, Mr. Eggert talks about the backgrounds and judicial philosophies of Michigan Supreme Court Justices Robert Young and Maura Corrigan. Both have been mentioned as possible replacements to fill the seat of retiring Justice Sandra Day O’Connor.
