7. My experience has been that no matter how many times you tell

a person not to worry about the maximum sentence, they CAN'T STOP WORRYING ABOUT THAT MAXIMUM SENTENCE. DeLay can figure * will pardon him, but * could drop over dead. That should be the new meme "Life for DeLay." "I'm pro-life when it comes to Tom DeLay," etc. just to keep him on edge.

involved in the money laundering legislation and its passage, and the sweet irony of it biting him in the ass just shows me the beauty of irony.

There is also the possibility that some of this may roll over into Federal charges as well, although I doubt it.
