Fox's retired generals talking up getting tough on Syria. |
|
"cross the border", " covert operations", "do like we did to Lybia"

4. Yes...but he's talking diplomacy with Syria and Iran... |
|
Which is why Fox had to go find some lesser rank Generals to counter him.
Guess the White House must have put in a call after O'Lielly ended up agreeing with Wes last night. Couldn't have that, now could they?

Was in combat. Not a ladder climber like them. Trust me if the military operated soley off of merit for promotions than you would see a lot more special ops generals. They don't want independent thinkers they want people who follow orders and the book, of course the powell doctrine makes that easier.

7. Of course Clark is different from the others |
|
but you're not going to find a General on TV who has NOT been in combat. They all have.
Also, the top Army General is a SO guy.

8. Actually, none of those Generals you speak of |
|
attained 4 stars AND served as Supreme Allied Commander or call themselves a "Democrat". Most are Colonels, 1,2 or 3 star Generals....meaning they reported to a 4 star. None actually led a war...nor did any of them win the war that they led....let alone with Zero Soldier casualties. Not even the Gulf War was as successful.....there, they suffered 154 U.S. Casualties.
That's what makes Wes "Special" in the realm of gravitas and wherewithall.

9. I simply said they had all been in combat. |
|
Clearly the Colonels are not Generals.

2. They wouldn't do that would they? |

That would be like them going into Cambodia during the Vietnam War. :sarcasm:
