Edited on Wed Oct-05-05 03:02 AM by McKenzie
dug this up a few mins ago.

<snip>

Under Miers' leadership, the firm represented the head of a "foreign currency trading company was allegedly a Ponzi scheme." The law-firm admitted that it "knew in March 1998 that $ 8 million in losses hadn't been reported to investors" but didn't tell regulators.

1. Let's insist...
Let's insist that she produce thousands of billing documents from twenty or thirty years ago. The whole "Rose Law Firm" thing they tried to use against Hillary... who was not even in contention for a public office.

4. If our elected "representatives" hold true to form
she probably won't be asked any hard questions. Call me cynical, but I am increasingly disappointed in the majority of our Party's public faces.

6. Yes, she is the best!
I absolutely adore Senator Boxer. The rest of our Senators should take a page from her book & show some courage. I am tired of empty posturing!
