BushCo: Want 10, 20, 30 more years?
Allow Roberts and Miers to be installed, and they'll carry the oil/energy/religion agenda into your children's lives.

What part of "Bush wants it" has escaped the notice of those capable of opposing it? Didn't Bush go to SCOTUS to steal the first election? Put more of his friends there and welcome Jeb Bush to office in 2008.

Sorry for the rant element, but this is a chance to deny their money machine. And their chance to push the current, and yet to be revealed aspects of their agenda upon us for years to come. Intelligent Design reaches SCOTUS? Would it happen after Bush's two can make a vote? What do you think would happen, of would the timing be coincidental?

1. So you think that if Miers isn't confirmed

4. A real opposition party would stall ALL aWoL's appointments and
legislation until after we take back the House and Senate in 06. They would stop the assault on our way of life and IMPEACH the Chimp and expose the whole radical right wing nuts' agenda as the corrupt mindless drivel it is.

5. How would they do that?
How would they stall the appointment of the idiot's nominee? Filibuster is the only option and the republicans can take that away at a moments notice.

10. republicans can take that away at a moments notice. Who said so?
They can attach a paper ballot hand count amendment to every piece of legislation.

They can walk out and deny the House and Senate a quorum.

They can demand a roll call vote for everything.

They can demand that everything be read on the floor into the record.

They can quit rolling over and FIGHT.

2. Dems should put up a fight....
and any Dem that votes for this or any Bushco nominee should be strung up, but...the repukes will still vote for her.

This fight was lost on Nov. 2, 2004.

6. No. It would require
a Constitutional Amendment.

7. I realize that, but it's just too weird to me that BOTH picks
worked on helping jr get elected and are extremely loyal

I know it's "buying" Bushco safety and influence, but what exactly are the looking for?

8. A Constitutional Amendment or....
A Supreme Court decision to say he was Selected in 2000, Gore was elected, so his first term really started in 2004, and thus can be Dictator until 2008.
