2. No, this is the defense appropriation Bill
A cloture motion will be voted on tomorrow. The vote should occur either tomorrow or Friday.

As it is in the bill and not in a separate amendment, dont expect anybody to vote against it.

However, an amendment was adopted earlier this afternoon (sponsored by Byrd) asking for Bush to do a proper budgeting of the wars.
