3. What is the time limit on holding the vote open? How can the

Repubs hold the vote open past this time and still consider the vote valid? Is there no punishment or rebuke for using these tactics? This is not the first time they've done this.

Seems like I'm just full of questions today, but I don't understand how they can flaunt the rules and still validate the results.
