God, I hope Novak is right and Haley Barbour is running for President!
''Barbour for President'' bumper stickers that suddenly appeared in the Washington area were designed by one of Mississippi Gov. Haley Barbour's top political operatives.

Barbour has become a presidential possibility for the 2008 Republican presidential nomination thanks to his handling of Hurricane Katrina. His performance compared favorably to disaster management in neighboring Louisiana."

Why would this make me happy you ask? Because the stupid SOB is up for re-election in 2007. There is no way possible for him to run for governor then two months later shift to the New Hampshire primary. If he runs for president, I get a different governor and he gets the hell out of the state so I don't have to listen to his slimy, smarmy bullshit.

4. I hope you get rid of him.....
but I sure don't want him inflicted on the rest of us, either. His picture should be in the dictionary beside the phrase "Fat Cat." I find him completely repugnant....he just looks like a sleazy crook to me. I bet he has a set of sheets at home that he wears to his KKK meetings, too.

7. No way in Hell he'll win the Republican nomination but it would ensure
a Democratic presidential victory in 2008! Can you imagine that pompous windbag debating Clark, Edwards, Clinton orany of our other potential nominees?

What a joke.

5. I hear what you're saying! The only silver lining in the 2000 election
fiasco was that Wisconsin finally got rid of Tommy Thompson!
