How did classified information concerning Valerie Plame reach this very unclassified individual? Did someone in the Bush administration tell him? And why did Gannon suddenly switch his story to imply that he heard about the memo from the WSJ - what was he trying to hide?

2. What did Gannon tell the FBI investigators about the memo? If he lied or tried to obscure the truth, wouldn't that be obstruction of justice?

While I'm at it, and this is not directed to you, but all the snickering about him being gay is rather distressing to me. There seems to be, in some posts, an undercurrent of homophobia. Jokes about prison rape, his sex life and using his gayness as something to seem rotten and shameful make me wonder if we really are that liberal around here. I realize that most people do this because he is a hypocrite, but it still bugs me.

11. I know exactly the point

1. He is a small target compared to Rove, and Cheney et. al.
2. There is no proof that he was involved. It's still speculation.
3. If he is involved, it's the people doing the giving and not him who should be a target. He has been throughly disgraced and putting a focus on him makes me think that it's the sex aspect that is getting people all in a tizzy.
4. At this point I trust Fitzgerald to make the right call.

12. We Should Keep One Thing In Mind...

We just had am alleged spy exposed in the WH, so it wouldn't be too much of a stretch for people to be suspicious of Jeff G. and his access. It has always bothered me about Talon News not even being an established "paper" when he was first in the WH, so they still owe us some answers regarding his press passes -- sexual preferences aside...pillow talk aside. We need to know if that WH is secure!
