Can the Propositions in California be litagated if they pass? |
|
Can we fight back in court if Gov. Musclehead gets his propositions through?

It's fairly common for propositions to be tied up in court for years and sometimes they're ruled unconstitutional (as with prop 187)

the state constitution because it was litigated & declared UNconstitutional. One of the many reasons 2 vote NO on 73!

All it took in the end though was:
"Why do you even assume that every pregnant teenager even has a 'mommy' and a 'daddy'? It's not that black and white!"
Eventually she capitulated, and now she's gonna vote NO. Score one for the Bush Team (that's me, not our dictator President)!
