He was originally indicted, then he pulled a stunt and went back on his word (no surprise), he got 2 more indictments within a week. Today his "subpoena" Earle stunt and this evening 26 of his associates are written about. Hmm. It seems to me, the more he struggles and pulls these stunts the worse it will be for him.
