Tweety just called the Rove e-mail "Clinton's Blue Dress"... |
|
...I wonder why Dick Sauber, Matt Cooper's attorney, is on the show...he doesn't seem comfortable answering Matthews' questions like:
"How can Karl Rove say he FORGOT a conversation and then two weeks later WRITE AN E-MAIL ABOUT THAT CONVERSATION"...
When Sauber said that it would be improbable but not impossible, Tweety shot back with "YOU'RE BEING KIND HERE!"
Matthews seems to be on the side of Rove and Libby indictments, but he's so blatantly pro-Bush that it will be interesting to follow the CONSISTENCY of his reporting.

2. Why is Tweety asking Cooper's attorney what Rove thinks? |
|
He isn't ROVE's attorney, after all, and that isn't being KIND, it is being POLITICALLY and LEGALLY astute!!!
Tweety, get on the phone and get your sorry ass an interview with Rove, if you REALLY want to know what he knows, and what he thinks. Don't ask attorneys for people who were set up by that bastard!
That kind of questioning is simply time-filling bullshit, IMO. Shame, Tweety, shame!
But the one good thing about the blue dress remark, it will make the RW lockstep idiots NERVOUS. And that, as Martha says, is a GOOD THING.

Tweety has not only changed his tune but now wants to lead the charge. Wonder what he's hearing?
edited: just remembered it is "As the World Turns" not when.

7. But Sauber admitted that he thinks Fitz is going after Rove and Libby |
|
and that he expects "people will be charged." Tweety was finally able to pin him down on that!!!

8. This is what makes me furious |

How can you compare an extramarital affair with the intentional outing of a CIA NOC agent? These idiots set back recruitment of people who will work with us in foreign countries. These people are endangering this country with their partisan cover my ass attitude. This is not a parlor game to be won or lost.
The argument that she was not undercover, WHY DID THE CIA ASK FOR THE INVESTIGATION, THE CIA WHO WOULD KNOW IF SHE WAS A NOC?
The argument that even if she was a NOC, she is not now, THE PEOPLE SHE DID WORKED WITH ARE IN DANGER AS WELL AS THE PEOPLE WHO TOOK HER PLACE AT THE COMPANY SHE WORKED FOR YOU IDIOTS.

9. He's so damned obsessed with blue dressed that I can't figure out |
|
if he's fantasizing about Clinton's penis, or Monica's kneepads, or if he just likes dressing up in blue dresses while he stares lovingly at himself in the mirror. Either way, if there is ever a serial killer who attacks women in blue dresses, someone better check out Matthews.
Geeze. Equating the outing of a NOC agent with Clinton's personal failings just demonstrates the complete lack of perspective of today's media.
