Is the Pentagon trying to get around PosseC? DHS in charge of

bird flu now, what happened to the CDC or other such organizations? I read something the other day that caused me to ask if the Pentagon was trying to "come in through the back door" on this. It seems to me that they are. In other words, that lying lunatic * is looking for a way around PosseC no doubt because he is meeting resistance to overturning it from Congress and from both sides of the political spectrum. His poll numbers (that he doesn't pay attention to) and his falling popularity are CERTAINLY DRIVING this alternative route.
