Fitzgerald Indicted Bin Laden - And He's Still Around........ |
|
just heard that Fitzgerald indicted Bin Laden for his role in the first WTC bombing. I'm concerned now. What good did that indictment do? Do you think Rove and Company are looking to that indictment and thinking that they will get off as well?

2. It's kind of a silly comparison isn't it? |
|
If you indict Bin Laden, how do you then arrest him and put him on trial? He's not exactly easy to find.
Where as Rove, on the other hand, well, we know right where he is.

3. Bin Laden has been on the run for years now |

I don't see Bush hiding in....the plains of Texas in the same way that Bin Laden is hiding the hills of Afghanistan and Pakistan.

5. Bin Laden wasn't involved in the first WTC attack. |
|
In 1996 when Clinton was trying to get Bin Laden there was no indictment of him. The reason Clinton couldn't get Bin Laden out of Somalia was because there were no charges against him. He had not been implicated in any crimes in the US. Clinton knew what he could do, and wanted him caught, but he had no jurisdiction, so Bin Laden was able to escape to Afghanistan.
I don't know what Fitzgerald or anyone could have indicted UBL for over the first WTC attack, unless it was accessory after the fact, or whatever the legal case was. That had to be after 1996.
As for Bush, we know where he lives. We can get him whenever charges are filed.

6. IF so, it's not Fitzgerald's fault that Bush captured Hussein but not OBL. |

8. Well, Bin Laden wasn't exactly living in the area....... |
|
Did you expect him to turn himself in? Rove, Libby and Cheney will.
