Poll question: DU and DKos - co-conspirators |
|
I noticed some time back that on dailykos.com, DU is listed on the Dkos website as one of only four "Other Sites" (I just looked again, and he must have just changed it - DU is listed on his "blogroll" - don't know if i necessarily agree with that change but anyhow...), and obviously Dkos is very often referenced to and reposted here on DU. I have been checking out Kos since, like many of you, the spring of 03 but never really became a Kossak... preferring to stay with DU. I did just set up an account overthere and am going to start at least commenting over there but it will never detract from my devotion to DU. (i.e. "honey, I will always love you and be devoted to you and bring my checks home to you and spend my christmas seasons with you... I am just going next door for the SEX).
So my question... I was wondering about other DUer's use of Dkos.

had announced he will probably vote for prop 77, California redistricting. This is arnie's and the gop plan to take over California. I am opposing any and all things arnie. I have a problem with very talented people like kos who can't see that the repukes can be trusted with anything and that he would vote for this prop. He's got every right to, I just don't know how he could knowing how evil the gop is and what they did to California and Gray Davis with the energy scam.

3. I don't agree with Kos on voting yes on Prop 77 but his site is first |
|
or second I read every day. I would bet he's a DUer, if not, he certainly reads DU. I post very occasionally there. I don't think we have to diss other sites than DU for them to be important and valuable.

I actually like Kos. He is main issues are the PATRIOT ACT and the Iraq War, which are my two main issues, too. I think he articulates his opinions well, and pretty much is spot on as far as the overall general strategy that Dems should take.

|
I don't comment there but I think it's a great source with some great posters and links. some people don't like Markos, but so what? He's on the right side in a big way.

6. I'm registered and I've posted occasionally |
|
Not lately. If the format were more similar to here, I'd read and participate much more frequently.
I haven't seen any diaries from Jiacinto at Kos recently. He became a regular at Kos after being banned here.

8. It use to be daily reading, but he has it in for Kerry for no good |
|
reason, other than it being personal and I refuse to have to read right wing talking points about Kerry that are baseless and inaccurate. It makes me wonder how accurate other diaries and postings are over there. When he grows up let me know.
