I agree with the previous post. There is a much more serious penalty for treason. In a time of war, even ambiguous unending wars against an invisible entity, the penalty is clearly spelled out. I would love to see him go down like they sent the Rosenbergs down.

Although, I could see him rotting in Gitmo for a while beforehand.
