Giving O' Reilly Credibility
I do not understand why the msn alway trys to give Bill O' Reilly credibility. This morining the Today Show had him on to discuss the CIA leak investigation and the Harriet Miers issue. Bill O' Reilly is one of the last people who should be talking about these issues. First, it has been documented that he has lied about many political issues. I know that does not completely stop him from being able to talk about these issues, but can the Today Show get someone with a little more credibility to talk about these issues. Second, what the heck does Bill O' Reilly know about the CIA leak that most people do not alread know? What can O' Reilly tell the country about life in the CIA and how something like this could have happened? I see no reason for NBC having O' Reilly on to talk about these issues. He has no credibility and they just keep trying to give him some.

4. That's part of the "echo chamber". I'm not sure why he's on The Daily
Show, either. It wasn't informative, as sometimes they have guests that I don't agree with, but usually Jon can get something from their perspective.

5. Giving O'Reilly credibility is like giving virginity to a prostitute.
It just doesn't fit.

6. It's no mystery to me
It's no different than bringing, of all people, Rush Limbaugh on to discuss the Meirs appointment. Forget all we know about the oxycontin, what's his BACKGROUND that would even suggest that he's a qualified talking head on the subject?

And then the creepers complain if Sean Penn, an ACTOR, or Barbra Streisand, a SINGER, has something to say about current events, but I digress.

I don't think Rush or O'RileMe would be on were it not for the heavy money that supports them. Heck, in the blogosphere, there are plenty of right-wing wackos with an opinion (and some are even more informed than the biggies) and they'll never go on MSN.

11. NBC is the propaganda arm of GE war profiteering corp.
Recently, they have become particularly blatant with their propaganda efforts as their bought and paid for republican party faces exposure and death.
