since it makes it unlikely that the judge is going to let Delay off the hook.

And the Shrubbery and thier supporters were going to paint this guy as a a partisan hack and cry "Politics" for any verdict that didn't totoally and absolutly clear Delay in anay case.

Still, wish they didn't have the ammunition to even such a thing.
