28. Something to keep in mind

The grand jury does the indicting, not the prosecutor. According to info on a couple other threads, this grand jury usually meets on Wednesday and Friday, although with next week being the expiration of their term, usual procedure might change.

I also wonder if the pool is for the time of the indictments or the time of the announcement of the indictments.

In the other pool that was started last week (sorry, I can't find it now to give a link), I had yesterday but that was before we knew about Judy Miller's new-found "Wife works at Winpac" notebook. Right now I think Fitzgerald is waiting on forensic analysis of that suspicious notebook and that's the current hold-up; feel free to consider that a far-out speculation.

I'll brag ad nauseum if my predictions from early June in this thread come true:
