In our gloating over DeLay, Rove, Libby - Don't forget FRIST
I was chit chatting with some RN's (First Aid/Radio tent at a "10K Fun Run") about Bill Frist. They had been laid off when he closed his inner city hospital locally (they had other jobs waiting - there is an RN shortage).

But they were really gloating about Frist's "Insider Trading" problems -- and it was well beyond the usual "Dem vs GOP" gloating and "Nurse versus Arrogant Heart Surgeon" gloating.

They just don't like Frist, or the horse he rode in on, or his HCA Mega Hospital company.

1. Agree...
I believe there was an article yesterday that implied Frist used his own money(that he may have got from selling stocks) to pay off some campaign expenses.

2. I try to be cautiously optimistic. Some of the gloating -at least what I
have heard-is premature and may come back to haunt us

4. In my own little beautiful mind, Frist is the desert...
After they all get indicted, go on trial, and go to jail, we will have Frist's story to enjoy calmly as we plan the next elections.

There is way too much going on right now, makes Frist's story somewhat insignificant, don't mind keeping it on the back burner for now.

5. The local Trauma and Responder people are obsessed with Frist
He closed our busiest trauma center last summer.
