And here we have it: Delay's booking record
The booking report from Harris County, Texas. Pull it up and do a search for "DELAY". Will only be available until 2:30 AM Central, so get your download while it's fresh!

http://www.jims.hctx.net/jimshome/jimsreports/jims503.htm

Just to preserve the record (question marks means I have no idea what the data means. Any help would be appreciated):

Booking number: 002598155
SPN (?): 02184496
Name: DELAY, THOMAS DALE
Booking date, time: 10/20/05 1215
Booking deputy: M6553
Release date, time: 10/20/05 1245
Release deputy: M2865
Release reason: SUBN (?)
Case number: 025D1DC05904161
Off (?): 16
Bond amount: 010000
CCR (?): OOC (?)

His name appears again, with much the same information, on page 49 of the report.

3. SPN stands for System Person Number
SPN is a widely used acronym.
SUBN probably means SUfficient BoNd.
Off probably means office location.

4. So SPN would be the number held up in a standard mug shot?
Cool! Thanks for the info.
