Of course he does. He wants a judge who is beholden to him and who will make sure he is either acquitted or gets a riduculously light sentence. I dont think this is a surprise to anyone.But I have a suggestion no one has mentioned yet...... HOW ABOUT A CHANGE OF VENUE? Preferable to a Blue State, a solid blue state. Drag his butt out of Texas and take him to a state where the law means something and is applied equally to all. Then we can truly say justice has been served.
