Bobby Brown, Whitney Houston's husband, does this thing with his mouth. When he talks, his bottom jaw and lips rotate in a kind of circular motion. This is pretty common amongst people who smoke crack. While watching Hannity & Colmes I noticed that Dick Morris does the same thing. Does this mean he is a crackhead? No. Just something I noticed.
