A slump is what baseball players have, Reuters says Bush in slump
What a cavalier way to dismiss the reality that underlies his loss of approval, popularity, that has shown the nation that the emperor has no clothes.

This is not a slump, this is a self-imposed implosion with way too much "collateral" damage to the rest of us.
