The freepers are all in denial |
|
Took a second to see what they all had to say about that latest NYTimes article concerning Cheney's disclosure of the agent. They deny that just as they'll denyanything happened after indictments come. They'll probably even deny they did anything when Cheney, Rove and Libby are escorted outta the WH in handcuffs. God spare them.... http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/1508643/posts#comment?q=1

I've been reading their threads on this, and it's hysterical.
They KNOW for sure that Valerie Plame was not undercover. They KNOW for sure that her CIA status was common knowledge in DC. They KNOW that she had her face on the cover of Vanity Fair BEFORE she was outed. They KNOW that Wilson lied when he wrote in the Times that Cheney sent him to Niger.
They're sooo wrong.

7. Notice the difference between DU and Freeperville... |
|
Freeperville - never provide links, just opinion, or smear (DU is based on fact and God forbid if you don't provide a link. You will be called on it.)
Freeperville always does the following: Shoot the messenger - "Oh, that is from NYT; Oh, that is from Washington Post." :wtf:
If that doesn't work, on to step 2: "It's witch hunt."
If that doesn't work, on to step 3 (when someone posts a fact): "What are you, a Dim?"
If that doesn't work, on to sept 4: blame Clinton
And there is always the ubiquitous, "I heard it on Fox or Rush said..blah, blah." (these are their "references.")

there will be a lot of work for de-programmers. Normal family members of Freepers, and other victims of Moonie indoctrination will probably try to bring them back to the real world, the same way families of people who become part of a cult do.
I don't know much about de-programming or if it works, but Freepers will not be able to live in a world that has returned to normal, after all their heroes are in jail. Rush Limpballs should be headed for jail also, according to his own words.
It's mind-boggling that people who spend so much time online, still believe that Joe Wilson ever said that Cheney sent him!!

4. cheney outed the woman because Wilson exposed their LIE |
|
that's that. If freepers want to defend that kind of behavior, then there is nothing that can be done to help them, they are all dangerous potential criminals.

Absolutely much ado about nothing. In addition, Cheney wouldn't have been dumb enough to blow an undercover agent. And even if he did, it's a tiny scandal. The people who are angry about this were never angry about such things before. If the worst happens and Cheney is indicted, I hope Bush has the character and the political wisdom to stand behind him 1,000 percent -- hell or high water, Mr. President.

It's a tiny scandal, but Clinton lying about getting a BJ is worthy of impeachment.
These people are nuts!!
