1. To be "fair", the press framed the (bogus) Clinton scandals the same way

All the discussion about the (bogus) scandals was who looked bad, and what spin was being used to reduce the political damage - - not about whether the charges had any merit, or any other discussion about content or context.

What I'm saying is that the press are part of the problem (as usual)...

The childlike mentality of the average right-winger takes everything, big and small, and boils it down to: "who's winning?!".

They can't stand to be proven wrong, because it makes them look like they're not winning. They can't stand to be shamed or even questioned, for the same reason. They will lie to win, and they will lie even to give just the appearance of winning.

They're like little spoiled kids. Imagine that your emotional and spiritual growth became permanently stunted right around the fifth grade. Well, that is what we're working with here...these guys just can't seem to grow up.
