IF Cheney lied to Fitzgerald and the Grand Jury |
|
while under oath, then we have to assume that he also lied to the 9/11 Commission when he was under no legal constraint and compulsion to tell the truth.
So, if his lying is demonstrated, then all his testimony before the commission should be released to the public and he may need to re-testify under oath in the matter.
Any similar circumstances with Bush should similarly be applied.

When giving testimony to a Grand Jury is doesn't matter, it is a felony to lie or present false evidence to a GJ regardless.

3. They were interviewed. They never appeared before a Grand Jury. |

they did not appear before them because the testimony was taken privately.
