Buckaroo Bush has taught me a measure of respect for #41's Veep J Danforth Quayle. He also may or may not have taken refuge in the National Guard during the Vietnam years, but he stayed with it until his term of service was done.

So cleaning house now would be smart politically.

However, Bush will never do that. It goes completely against his style.
