1. The only surprise here

(and it's not even that surprising) is that this is the first time since the Patriot Act came into being that we're hearing of abuses. It was created so that the Feds could do exactly what is being reported here. "We are above the law" is the loud and clear message from the government... but the pidgeons are coming home to roost. Fitz is going to collapse this house of cards and reveal the biggest scandal of the last two decades.
