Yesterday afternoon, a package came in the mail. It was the pile of "Rove's War," the DVD set from TakeBackTheMedia. In the northeast, we are having stormy weather, and the combination of rain and snow, and DirecTV not coming in well, I've taken the opportunity to sit near a warm fireplace and watch the show a couple of times.

As DUers know, Symbolman produced "the definitive chronology of the Plamegate outing featuring Downing Street Minutes, Joseph Wilson, and in-depth reporting." I strongly recommend that you purchase a copy of this high-quality production.

The DVD starts out with enough introductory information to make it easy for your less-informed family and friends to understand. It combines some tongue-in-cheek humor with serious information. And then it builds into a hard-hitting documentary that highlights many of the most important facts involved in the case.

A couple days ago, I read a thread on here by Will Pitt, that contained a very serious message from Ambassador Wilson to DUers. It is clear that when the indictments are handed down, the republican machine is going to shift into a higher gear of attack. We need to be ready to respond with accurate and powerful information. I think that DUers would be wise to purchase a copy of this set of two DVDs, in part to serve as a resource for the struggle, and also because it is simply a lot of fun to watch.

I haven't had a chance to watch it yet. Probably this weekend. I don't even remember ordering it, but it must be from when I made a donation.

3. Is the DVD region free Symbolman?

I'd love to see this, but I can only play Region 0/2 PAL discs or Region 0 NTSC.

that it's region free - as far as she knows, if you wanted to get one and it didn't work we'd be glad to refund your donation and you could use it as a lovely coaster for your tea times..

Be a good thing to know anyway.. the info is at 220 VOLTS so it just might work :)
