Then Bush lying that he had no knowledge who leaked Valerie Plame's name as retribution for revealing the farcical evidence that was the basis for our going to war, which led to the death of 2,000 Americans and counting, and hundreds of thousands of innocent Iraqis.

13. Just for the record, it was Clinton's testimony under oath

in the civil suit brought by Paula Jones that was the basis for the impeachment charge of perjury.

His public "didn't have sex with that woman" statement was politically damaging but legally irrelevant.

On the other hand, bush's lies in the constitutionally mandated State of the Union Address are leagally relevant and are a basis for impeachment. (Among other things)

9. Too soon, too soon! Impeachment needs to come in January 2007.

First, the Dems have to take over both houses of Congress, then both Dubya and Cheney need to be impeached.
