I think if he puts up someone like Janice Rogers-Brown, the Dems. will filibuster and I think the "gang of 14" will STOP the Repubs. from using the nuclear option. I believe there are enough Repubs. who are angry at the extreme Repubs. like Frist and Brownback for not letting Miers get an up or down vote that they'll join with the Dems. Then Bush will be forced to choose a more moderate, to the dismay of the crazy conservatives. Ya think?
