Is This Legal

I am seeking employement in Aviation. A lot of airlines have stopped posting their opportunitys on their WWW site and have decided to place their opporunitys on aviation carrer websites instead.

Sadly many of these sites require not only that you register but you pay a monthly fee as well. Is it really legal to impose a fee to prospective employees to be able to have an opportunity to place an application.

I say not....what do you think.

3. I don't see how it can be illegal.
There's certainly nothing that I know of that requires an employer to post theor opportunities ANYWHERE! Many don't.

5. Sounds legal but not cool
Shame to hear about that. Most job ads and postings I see are free, whether on a company's site or not. If I don't see specific guidelines, but I am interested in a company, I just send in my resume anyway. Most times I don't even hear back :( , but what do I lose by trying.

Still, it stinks that they want to charge. Don't know what would make it illegal, but I don't like it nonetheless.
