1. the waiting is soooo hard
I remember waiting after Katrina to hear from each of the NO Duers. One by one they kept checking in--except for Frustrated Lefty. It took FOREVER to hear from him.

But he was ok.

I hope MexiPat is too. Tired, hungry, miserable maybe, but ok.

2. Maybe the computer is ruined and there also

4. Heard Cancun is in ruins. It will take 6 months to get things back to
normal. Now is their big tourist season. Hope MexiPat is OK. Has to be a real mess down there right now.

6. Here is some good, non-gubment info on the current events related to
Wilma in the Playa, Cozumel and Cancun areas.

Cozumel is getting back on its feet, and although the reports sound rough, it could have been a lot worse. Now that the ships with food and water have arrived, things should turn around really fast.

It's pretty good, and I am pleased to see Playa del Carmen rallying so fast and recovering the quickest...
