"The Criminalization of Politics" (GOP talking point #1001.2)
Kay Bailey Hutchison used that term on TV tonight in her lame attempt to explain what she said about a "perjury technicality" on Meet the Press last Sunday. Tom Delay used the term in a recent newspaper story (http://www.usatoday.com/news/washington/2005-10-27-delay-letter_x.htm), and Bill Kristol and all of FOX news has been saying it this past week.

I can almost see the FAXes and e-mails being madly sent out from GOP headquarters now:

"Just keep saying,'The Criminalization of Politics' when referring to any of these indictments." --Love, Mehlman (via Rove and/or Delay)

These people are so predictably stupid.

1. Well, when Republican politicians stop being criminals...
we can stop criminalization of politics. It's quite simple, really. The ball is in their court.
