1. It would certainly be a politically useful move for him to make. . .
at this moment.

13. Even if he waits a day or two, it could take the focus off of Fitzmas.

3. So?
Actually I hope he does. It'd look as a nice contrast to this asshole discussing the "rule of law" and the value of the court while his henchmen are on the split screen being arrained at the Federal Court house.

8. It's the guy who drives Bush out for his morning run.
He's the first person Bush sees in the morning, you know?

Did you hear the burn of Harriet Miers yesterday morning on C-Span? The man's name has left me at the moment, but he's the State guy who wrote the article saying that the Rumsfeld-Cheney cabal had taken over the government. He said when he first went to the WH to meet Bush II, Harriet Miers was the person who opened the door and showed him into the Oval Office. He said, "How do you go from 'door opener' to Supreme Court justice?"

LOL!

12. They make some of their worst mistakes when rushing
so either they have been planning this for a couple of weeks - or chances are they are about to make another big political mess (for both themselves, and for the country.)
