Rasmussen: Bush at new poll low and Dem now leads for VA. Gov
"for the first time" Democrat Tim Kaine leads Repuke Jerry Kilgore 46-44 in a new Rasmussen poll released today. Other polls have showed Kaine gaining momentum, but this is the first time Ras has also detected the trends.

Bush has also established a new low in the Rasmussen Poll--an approval rating down to 40% with 59% disapproving.

1. This will not be helped by the indictments.
If Rasmussen has him at 40, it's really more like 25%.
