Hi, It Is Binka's Ghost-writer again...

Hi to everyone at DU,

It's Ray again in for a bit of an update.

Binka is flying back to Bethesda today to be with Ben. We all got up early (04:00)and ventured off to the airport, Peyton too. Long Lines, and a cell phone left at home made for some excitement to the journey, but nothing broke her spirit as she made her way back to Ben. Binka will be landing at Dulles around 14:10 this afternoon!

Ben is healing and doing better! He is getting his wounds cleaned out in surgery every day or so, even started the reconstructive process with a skin graf. His spirits are fine and he is looking forward to Mom coming out, and can't wait for some good ol' home cookin'!

Binka will be staying there for a couple of weeks and will also be seeing her son Ian who is attending college in the area. SHe will be in good hands!

As I get more info, I will keep posting as best I can. Binka, Ben and I would like to thank you again for all your thoughts and prayers for our family and Ben's recovery! They have meant so much to us and quoting Binka, "has really been a live saver"!

Now it is off to fix some scrambled eggs and pancakes for Baby Binka!
